ORDER

        Ld. Counsel for the complainant-DH has made a statement that he has received the  cheque no. 199130 dated 23.3.2017 worth Rs. 11000/- from ld .counsel for the respondent- JD no. 3  now nothing is due towards the respondent- JD no.3 and thus , he does not want to continue with the present execution petition  and it may be dismissed as Withdrawan  being fully satisfied.

        Statement recorded separately.

        keeping in view the statement made by the ld counsel for the complainant –DH , the present execution petition stands dismissed as withdrawn  being fully  satisfied.

             File be consigned after due compliance.
