     Today the parties have settled the matter in sum of Rs.3000/-. Sh.Arjun Sharma, Counsel for OPs has handed over a cheque of Rs.3000/- bearing cheque No.224033 dated 25.03.2017 to Sh.Sahil Dawar, Counsel for Complainant in his favour towards full & final settlement of this complaint, which the counsel for complainant has received and withdraws this complaint. Statements of Sh.Arjun Sharma,Counsel for OPs as well as Sh.Sahil Dawar,Counsel for Complainant to that effect have been recorded separately. Consequently, instant complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
