ORDER

     The parties have settled the matter. Counsel for OPs has handed over a cheque of Rs.3000/-, bearing cheque No.224027 dated 17.04.2017, to the complainant in his favour towards full and final settlement of this complaint. Sh.Manbir Singh Gill, Complainant in person has received the said cheque of Rs.3000/- towards full & final settlement of this complaint and hence he withdraws this complaint as fully satisfied, subject to encashment of cheque. Statements of both the parties to that effect have been recorded separately. Consequently, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied, subject to encashment of said cheque.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
