ORDER

     The parties have settled the dispute in sum of Rs.7500/-. A cheque of Rs.7500/- has been handed over by the learned proxy counsel for OP to the learned counsel for complainant today and he has received the same as fully satisfied. In view of the statement in the shape of endorsement made by the learned counsel for complainant on the order sheet, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
