None is present on behalf of the appellant.

According to office report dated 02.03.2022, court notice was issued to the appellant on 03.02.2022, which is not received back in the office as yet.

Office has submitted tracking report of notice issued to the appellant, according to which, the notice has been delivered to the appellant.  Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant.

In the interest of justice, one more opportunity is provided to the appellant.

Put up on 05.04.2022 for hearing on admission.”

Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant even today.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.
