                     OP No. 1 to 3 exparte.

         File taken up today on the application moved by complainant with the averments that the matter has been compromised between the parties and they want to record their respective statements regarding this complaint. Heard. Allowed.

          Ld. Counsel for OP No. 4 has made a statement that OP No.4 is ready to give a new mobile phone to the complainant within 45 days. He further submitted that the complainant may please be directed to handover the old mobile alongwith accessories to the OP No.4. On the other hand, the complainant stated that he has heard the statement of ld. counsel the OP No. 4 and agreed with the same. He further stated that he will deposit the old mobile alongwith its accessories and original bill to the Care Centre and further submitted that the complaint may please be decided after considering the statement of complainant. Statement of both the parties recorded separately. 

          Heard.  In view of the statement made by both the parties, present complaint is hereby allowed being compromised. The complainant is directed to handover the old mobile alongwith accessories to the OP No.4 and OP No.4  is directed to deliver new mobile to complainant within 45 days from the date of preparation of the certified copy of this order. Certified copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs.  The file be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
