An application has been filed on behalf of the appellant, praying therein that the appellant may be permitted to withdraw this appeal.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that revision petition will lie against the impugned order, whereas this appeal has inadvertently been preferred against the impugned order, hence the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.  The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
