                   Case called several times since morning but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  It is now 3.25 p.m.  This complaint was filed by the complainant on 10.12.2013 and since then this complaint is pending for the service of the Ops for want of copy of complaint and correct address but the complainant despite availing a number of opportunities for about more than 2 years has failed to file the copy of complaint, registered cover and correct address for the service of the Ops.  Hence, the complaint of the complainant dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
