ORDER   O R D E R       Per  Sri A. Hazarath Rao, President:   Counsel for the complainant filed memo as mentioned infra:           “It is submitted that in the above matter the opposite party has settled the issue out side the Forum by paying an amount of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty thousand only) towards full and final settlement of the claim. Hence the complainant prays that the Hon’ble Forum may be pleased to dismiss the complaint without costs. Hence this memo”.       In view of the said memo the complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum without costs.            This the 5th day of March, 2012       MEMBER                                  MEMBER                           PRESIDENT
