DATED : 17.01.2014 (IN CHAMBER) O R D E R I have perused the review petitions. The said applications are not maintainable. Section 22(2) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, lays down that, without prejudice to the provisions contained in sub-section (1), this Commission shall have the power to review, when there is an error apparent on the face of record. There appears to be no error apparent on the face of the record. The petitioner has power to recover from the Society, as per aw. The Review Petitions are dismissed.
