O R D E R

R.K.BISHNOI, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

 

          In view of the statement made by the respondent as well as counsel for appellant, impugned order dated 27.03.2015 and 12.02.2015 with regard to exparte proceedings passed by learned District Consumer Forum, Panchkula is set aside subject to payment of costs of Rs.7,000/- failing which appeal will be deemed as dismissed.

          Cost paid through cheque No.642359 dated 02.12.2016.  

          Appeal is remitted back to the District Forum, Panchkula to decide the matter on merits after affording an opportunity to both the parties to lead evidence.  Parties are directed to appear before the District Forum on 10.01.2017.
