The case is called. Heard Sri Pramendra Verma, counsel for the complainant. On behalf of the opposite party/Kanpur Development Authority Sri Saket Srivastava has informed the court that the instant complaint has become infructuous on the ground that the relief claimed by the complainant in the instant complaint has already been granted by the Development Authority and the complainant is accordingly required to proceed over the Sampatti Adhikari of the Development Authority for getting the registration of the plot in question.
The complainant accordingly contact the Sampatti Adhikari, Kanpur Development Authority within a period of 4 weeks from today who shall provide the details of the E-stamp to be purchased by the complainant for the purpose of execution of the registered sale deed.
The sale-deed, therefore, will be finally executed within 2 weeks from the details of purchase of E-stamp purchased by the complainant and details provided the Sampatti Adhikari.
It is made clear, if the Sampatti Adhikari will fail to provide the detail then it will be open to the complainant to move a simple miscellaneous application for reviving the instant complaint for hearing on merits.
The instant complaint is finally disposed of.
A certified copy of the order will be placed by the appellant/complaint within two weeks from today.
The Stenographer is requested to upload this order on the website of this Commission at the earliest.
