ORDER

Complainant has not taken any step though he was allowed last chance to give evidence exparte by preceding order dated 24/07/2018. Record shows that two dates had already been posted thereafter for exparte evidence of the Complainant but even today the Complainant remains absent. In view of the conduct of the Complainant we are  of the opinion that the Complainant is not willing to pursue with the case. Hence the case is dropped.
