Present:       Shri Rahul Singla, , Advocate for the complainant.

 

                   Case s fixed for  11.10.2017. Today counsel for the complainant has filed an application for taken up the file today and wants to withdraw the same. On the written request of the counsel for the complainant, file taken up today. Today,counsel or the complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been compromised with the ops, now nothing remain towards the ops, so he wants to withdraw his complaint being fully satisfied.

          Heard, In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn  being fully satisfied( being compromised). A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
