Applicant/DH Sh. Sardara Singh has submitted requisite court fee for the issuance of sale certificate in his favour. The office is directd to issue sale certificate in favour of applicant/DH Sardara Singh with regard to the land sold in auctioned proceedings. The office is further directed to send the copy of sale certificate to Sub Registrar, Dharamkot with direction to Sub Registrar to file the copy of sale certificate in Book no.1 of his office as per provisions of section 89 (2) of Registration Act, 1908.
