                   Today the execution is fixed for remaining compliance. Counsel for the Op states that remaining compliance has been made out and he has already tendered a cheque No.193092 dated 14.05.2015 to the amount of Rs.25,000/- on 09.06.2015 in remaining compliance of order under execution application. Complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he has received the cheque of Rs.25,000/- vide bearing No.193092 dated 14.05.2015 and also states that order under execution application has been fully complied with. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied. 

Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
