Heard Sh. Vaibhav Jain, learned counsel for the revisionist.

This revision petition has been preferred against the impugned order dated 22.07.2020 passed by the District Commission, Haridwar in consumer complaint No. 298 of 2019; Ms. Kanchan Sharma Vs. Registrar, I.M.S. Unison University, by which the learned District Commission has disposed of the application (Paper No. 11) moved by the revisionist for deciding the issue of jurisdiction as preliminary issue, thereby recording finding that the issue of jurisdiction shall be taken up at the stage of final judgment in the case.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the revisionist states that the aforesaid consumer complaint         No. 298 of 2019 has been finally decided by the learned District Commission.  Hence this revision petition has become infructuous.  He has further stated that appeal has been filed against the judgment and order passed by the learned District Commission in the aforesaid consumer complaint No. 298 of 2019, which is pending before this Commission.

In view of above, the revision petition is dismissed, having become infructuous. 

Let the record be consigned.
