          Today the case is fixed for evidence of the complainant subject to cost of Rs.100/- but neither the complainant appeared nor tendered any evidence and amount of cost has also not been tendered despite several calling of the case since morning.            Case called again after lunch break but neither the complainant nor his counsel has put in appearance.  Waited sufficiently. It is already 3.35 P.M. No intimation regarding absence of complainant is received.  From the perusal of the case file, it reveals that the complainant also did not appear on 1.6.2018, 3.7.2018 and today on 11.7.2018.  The present complaint pertains to the year 2016.  So, it seems that the complainant is not serious in pursuing the compliant. Thus, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default.  Copies of this order be supplied/sent to the parties concerned free of costs.  File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
