ORDER

The complainant and op have filed a joint memo, which has also been signed by respective counsel reporting that on the advises of the well-wishers they have settled the claim of the complainant for a sum of Rs.33,025/- towards full satisfaction of the claim of the complainant and therefore prayed for disposal of the complaint accordingly. In view of the joint memo filed, the complaint is disposed off as settled out of the Forum.
