Learned counsel for the petitioner present.  The respondent/Smt. Kamlesh Sethi is present in person.  Smt. Kamlesh Sethi, the respondent  submits that she wants to withdraw the original complaint.  She do not want to contest this revision petition and want to withdraw the same and will abide by the terms and conditions of the petitioner.  She also submits that due to old age and health problems, she is unable to continue this litigation.  She will clear all the dues as per the housing Board.  The complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

          Therefore, the revision petition is disposed of.
