On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after 19.02.2020 on that day Order was reserved. Thereafter Notice was issued to the Complainant and we received report from Postal Department that no such person was living at the said address. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
