This petition came up for admission hearing on 10.1.2012. Since the petition filed was defective, counsel for the petitioner gave an undertaking to remove the defects within four weeks. Thereafter, petitioner has been given three opportunities to remove the defects despite this defects have not been removed till date. Further, there is a delay of 173 days in filing the present petition. Since no one is present on behalf of the petitioner nor the defects have been removed. In the circumstances, the revision petition is dismissed in default and for non-compliance of the order of this Commission. Dismissed.
