Shri.Kiran Bhonde, the representative of the appellant is present. Adv.A.P.Gupta for appellant is also present. Respondent Kamarunnisa Akbar Ali in person is also present. Her advocate Shital Ghatole is also present. Both the parties and their advocates filed compromise pursis. Respondent submitted that the appellant has handed over a DD of Rs.72000/- to the respondent. Both the parties submitted that the balance amount of Rs.3000/- deposited in the commission by the appellant may be paid to the respondent. In view of said settlement, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise pursis. No orders as to costs.
