Complainant was absent on 25/02/2016, 19/04/2016, 18/07/2016, 26/10/2016 and 03/01/2017 without step.

Upon such on 03/01/2017 complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default fixing 24/01/2017 for filing show cause.

Today i.e. on 24/01/2017 complainant is still absent and not filed any show cause.

As such this Forum holds that complainant is reluctant to proceed with the case.

Upon such observation and considering the above facts and circumstances the case is dismissed for default.
