Heard Sri Mahesh Singh, who appears on behalf of the petitioner.

          On the last hearing, adjournment was granted, however subject to payment of cost of Rs.3000/- to be paid with the Consumer Legal Aid Account of this Commission. The payment of cost was condition precedent

and it was specifically mentioned in the order that if cost is not deposited before the next date, the petition may have to be dismissed. The cost has not been deposited. Therefore, on this count alone, the petition is liable to be dismissed.

          Besides this there are concurrent findings of two fora below and I do not find any material irregularity, illegality or jurisdictional error in the order of the fora below. Accordingly the revision is dismissed with no order as to costs.
