Amarjeet Singh vs. Kamal Gift Gallery

CC No. 356 of 2015.

 

Present: Complainant in person.

              Sh. Shahnoor Alam, Regional Manager, ZTE Telecom India Ltd. on behalf of OPs No.2 & 3.

 

                        Today the case was fixed for filing of written statement on behalf of OPs No.2 & 3. Sh. Shahnoor Alam appeared on behalf of OPs No.2 & 3 and made a statement that they are ready to replace the old mobile set with new one model Blad G-II IMEI No. 911323650275880 and are also ready to pay  Rs. 1000/- to the complainant and they will provide the same today in the Forum. They have received the old mobile set from the complainant and prayed for disposal of the complaint.

                        Complainant stated that he has heard and understood the statement of OPs No.2 & 3 and has received the new set model Blad G-II and Rs. 1000/- in cash from the OPs No.2 & 3. He further stated that he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the aforesaid statements made by both the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off accordingly. Parties are bound by their statement made in the Forum. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
