Sh. Rishu Singla, Advocate counsel for OP No.3 has suffered a statement that the ( Company ) opposite party No.3 is ready to refund the price of the LED, Smart TV in question subject to the deposit of the said appliance with the service centre.

Sh. Aneesh Jindal, Advocate counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement made by Sh. Rishu Singla, Advocate counsel for OP No.3. In view of the statement made by counsel for OP No.3, he withdraws the present complaint.

In view of the statements suffered  by both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction that the complainant will deposit the LED, Smart TV in question with the Service Centre of OP No.3 and thereafter the company will refund the price of the appliance. The parties will be bound by their statements. File be indexed and consigned to record.
