ORDER

The counsel representing the J.Dr. filed a memo with certified copy of the order passed by the Hon’ble National Commission and also tendered a D.D. for Rs.1,15,000/- in compliance of the order passed by the Hon’ble National Commission. With this, no purpose would be served by keeping the petition pending. Therefore pending decision of the Hon’ble National Commission on merits petition is closed for the present with a liberty to the D.Hr. to file a fresh petition after disposal of the revision petition if warranted.
