ORDER

The complaint is allowed against 1st, 2nd and 3rd OPs. The complainant is held entitled to the amount of Rs.4,80,000/- as compensation for the physical and mental agony that he has suffered due to the loss of his natural mother and the injuries suffered by him. Cut of Rs.4,80,000/- amount of Rs.30,000/- is ordered to be paid to the next friend of the minor complainant for the medical and the expenses, that he has incurred while the deceased Meena prasad was hospitalized. Further the amount of Rs.4,00,000/- in lumpsum is ordered to be deposited in any one of the nationalised banks in the long term fixed deposits till the minor complainant attains majority. Further the balance amount of Rs.50,000/- is ordered to be deposited seperately in the nationalised bank permitting the complainants next friend to utilise the interest accurued there on for the education purpose of the minor complainant.The respondents 1 to 3 shall pay the amount of Rs.4,80,000/- to the complainant jointly and severally together with Rs.500/-towards the costs of this proceeding within 2 from the date of reciept of this copy of this judgement and order apart from bearing their own costs. Since no relife is sought against the 4th respondent no orders are passed against him by this forum
