In filing the instant IA Case, revisionist has prayed for grant of leave to publish notice of the case upon OP2 in daily newspaper.

Perused the case record, it appears that summons could not be served upon OP 2 till this date. Accordingly, the prayer for revisionist is allowed. Revisionist is permitted to publish notice of the case in a reputed daily newspaper, notifying the next  date of the case.

Fix 07.04.2021 for filing copy of the newspaper publication and appearance of OP2.
