The Case is taken up for Admission hearing as the complainant files the put up petition today on the ground of Covid -19 situation.

The case is taken up for Admission Hearing. At this stage the Complainant by a petition has prayed for permission to withdraw the case with a liberty to sue afresh.

The petition is taken up for hearing.

Perused the petition and other materials on record. Heard the Ld. Lawyer for the Complainant.

            It appears to us that there are some technical defects. As a result of which the case may fail. Accordingly the petition is considered and allowed.

 

 

        Hence, it is,

                                                           ORDERED.

                        That the Complaint Case No.CC/83/2020 be and the same is withdrawn with a liberty to sue afresh.

                        The case is thus disposed of.

            Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
