            Today is fixed for S/R & appearance of the Ops.

            Today Ld. Counsel for the complainant files a verified application for withdrawal of this complaint stating that the complainant has filed this case alleging deficiency in service and unfair trade practice against the Ops. During pendency of this case the Ops have already paid the principal claim amount as prayed for. As such, the complainant has no interest to proceed this case against the Ops and as such, prayer is made to dispose off this complaint under full and final satisfaction with compromise settlement.

            As the complainant by filing application through his ld. Advocate stating that the disputes have already been amicably settled out of this Forum and he has no grievance against the Ops, so the complainant is not interested to proceed with this complaint, the prayer of the complainant to dispose off this complaint should be allowed.

            Hence, it is

that the Consumer Complaint being No. 124/2019 be and the same is disposed off on full and final satisfaction with compromise settlement.
