ORDER

Complainant and one Pratap, an account assistant of Op are present and submitted that they are ready for settlement. Complainant is asking for refund of cost of the saree, blouse stitching charge and litigation expenditure. The representative of the Op offered to pay Rs.4,000/-. But this forum has directed to pay Rs.5,000/- considering other expenditure that the complainant has incurred for which he has agreed and tendered cash of Rs.5,000/- to the complainant. She has reported receipt of the same and submitted that her claim is satisfied and dispose off the complaint. In view of the settlement reached, complaint is closed as settled. Saree and Blouse are returned to the Op representative.
