Complainant and opposite party appeared through counsel. Complainant also appeared directly. Both counsel submitted that the matter is settled between the parties for an amount of Rs.14,000/-. The amount will be disbursed within one week. Both parties agreed. Complainant satisfied. The counsel for the opposite party undertook the matter.
