          Ld. Counsel for the appellant states that the matter has been settled between the parties and the impugned order has been complied with. As awarded in the impugned order a pay order of Rs.20 lacs has been issued in favour of the respondent on 22.4.2015. Photocopy of the pay order is also on record.

          AR for the respondent is present who has confirmed the position and states that a pay order of Rs.20 lacs has been received by the respondent.

          Counsel for the appellant states that as the impugned order is complied with appellant is not pressing the present appeal and be permitted to withdraw the same.

          In view of the above submissions, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

          FDR, if any, be release in favour of appellant as per rule.

          File be consigned to record room.
