But the record shows that the Complainant was found absent on call on 01.04.20, 23.06.20, 25.08.20, 11.11.20, 22.12.20, 23.02.21, 12.04.21, 23.06.21, 20.09.21, 24.01.22, 18.04.22, 07.07.22, 17.10.22, 24.11.22, 02.02.23, 17.05.23, 27.07.23, 09.10.23, 21.11.23 and today i.e. on 21.02.24. The Complainant has not been taking steps for long period. It is a case of the year 2015. Such being the positionand Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that the instant complaint case can not be proceeded with without the help of the Complainant, Joydeb Das and as such the instant complaint case bearing No. CC/52/2015 is required to be filed for the present.
