ORDER

Present:       Sh. NK Jangra, Advocate for the complainant alongwith                                       complainants Ravinder Singh And Seema.

                   Sh. Parveen Kumar, Advocate for OP no. 1.

                   Sh. Mukesh Jangra, Advocate for OP no.2

 

                   Case file taken up today on the application moved by complainants on the ground that the matter has compromised with the OPs in a sum of Rs. 25,00,000/- (Twenty Five Lac only) as full and final settlement including the share of minor Arjun. The complainants have sought permission  to compromise the matter on behalf of their minor son Arjun. The Complainants aforesaid have also got recorded their joint statement that their grievance under the complaint has redressed and they withdraw the present complaint.  The complainants have placed on record their separate affidavits, compromise deed and a certificate from counsel for complainant that interest of minor Arjun are safe as per compromise.

                   Heard.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by the complainants, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The complainants are directed to  remain bound by their statement made today before the Commission Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
