Today the case was fixed for filing fresh address of the Ops. Fresh address of the Ops not filed. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which she states that she wants to withdraw her present complaint with liberty to file fresh one.

 Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
