          JUDGMENT

The review application filed by the complainant being No. R.A. 13/2023 is taken up for hearing. Perused the petition. Heard. Considered. On a close perusal of judgment dated 15.12.2022 and a review application as filed on 27.04.2023 by the complainant. It is found that in the judgment dated 15.12.2022 there was a typographical mistake in the cause title of the impugned judgment of C.C. 413/2014 dated 15.12.2022, inadvertently the legal heirs of opposite party named Chanchal Haldar were not mentioned in the cause title.           Under the circumstances this commission is in view that it is a mere error on the face of record committed on the part of the commission which can be reviewed and /or rectified.

In view of the discussion made above the cause title of the impugned judgment dated 15.12.2022 passed by this commission should be corrected and it would be as follows and this order would be made as part of the judgment dated
