This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to  pay a sum of Rs.80,000/- towards the deposit amount with 24% interest from 14.03.2016 and to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and deficiency in service with cost of Rs.15,000/- to the complainant.

 

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint.  The complainant and Counsel absent for a long time.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
