      None appears for appellant.  This appeal is received on 10.08.2020 through advocate, came to be admitted and an interim order is passed against respondent/complainant.  Since then appellant/OP failed to take steps to serve notice of this appeal on respondent for the reasons best known.  Hence did not find any grounds to keep this appeal for taking steps on steps extending interim order.  Hence proceed to dismiss the appeal for not taking steps.

     The Amount in deposit is directed to be transferred to District Commission for needful.
