Final Order / Judgement

04.04.2022.

:ORDER:

BY SRI. RAVISHANKAR, JUDICIAL MEMBER.

Case called thrice, none appeared for appellant and appellant also not present. The appellant did not present before this Commission since long time and so-far arguments not addressed by the appellant before this Commission in spite of sufficient opportunities provided to him.  We consider the appellant is not interested in continuing the case. Mere filing of memorandum of appeal is not sufficient to hold the appeal in the absence of any arguments and convincement by the appellant. As such the appeal is liable to be dismissed.  Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.

The amount in deposit shall be transmitted to the concerned District Commission to pay the same to the complainant.

Return the L.C.R. forthwith to the concerned District Commission.

Forward copy of this order to both parties as well as concerned District Commission.
