ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Complaint is allowed. O,P. is directed to refund Rs.1,800/- to te complainant within two months from the date of receipt of this order with cost of Rs.500/-. If O.P. fails to do so, the amount shall carry interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from such date till the date of payment. The complainant shall refund the amount to concerned students and maintain records in the office. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to O.P. by RPAD and to the complainant under C.O.P.
