In view of the projected settlement, the Forum issuing the following direction: In the back drop of K.S.E.Board, Terms and Conditions of Supply 2005 Regulation 42 (3) the Executive Engineer, Electrical Division, K.S.E.Board, North Paravur is directed to consider favourably the application to be submitted by the complainant with regard to the adjustment of excess payment made by him towards electricity charges on or before the lapse of one month from the date of sunbmission of application by the complainant.
