This appeal has been filed against the order of the learned District Forum, Jaipur 2^nd dated 16.1.2017 whereby the claim has been allowed in favour of the appellant.

 

The contention of the appellant is that the vehicle was delivered with delay and the Forum below has allowed compensation and interest for the same but his further contention was that the vehicle was not having the features which were shown to him at the time of the booking and excess cost has been charged.

 

Heard the counsel for the appellant and perused the impugned judgment.

 

The Forum below has awarded compensation and interest for the delayed delivery of the vehicle and the Forum below has also considered the fact that objections as regard to features and cost have not been raised in the complaint and the fact has also been considered that on 23.11.2013 the vehicle has been delivered to the complainant and at that time no objection has been raised about asking higher cost or changed features.

Hence, in view of the above, there is no merit in this appeal not worth admission and stands dismissed.
