ORDER

BY PRESIDENT THIRU. G.VINOBHA, M.A.,B.L.,

          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite party to Income Tax liability amount of Rs.373615/- due to non submission of Income Tax return because the Punjab National Bank not furnished the Statement of Accounts, Sanction Letter and repayment schedule etc. to claim relief and deductions as per Income Tax Act and to withdraw the excess amount of Rs.495600/- debited towards interest arbitrarily and to pay a sum of Rs.7/- lakhs as compensation for the harassment and mental agony and the costs of the legal proceedings.

Complainant absent.  Complainant counsel absent. No representation for several hearings.  Complainant has no interest in prosecution the complaint.  Sufficient time given.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
