On a reading of the memorandum of complaint, what transpires is that the complainant is seeking for an order setting aside a sale deed executed by him or for an order for regurgitation of benefits by the opposite parties, which reliefs are beyond the ambit of this Commission.  

            Hence, this complaint is dismissed in-limine as this Commission has no jurisdiction  to adjudicate upon this lis.
