ORDER

The case has been called out for hearing second time.  It is 3:30p.m.  Still the Petitioner remains unrepresented.  Under the circumstances, we are constrained to dismiss the Revision Petition for non-prosecution and in default as the amount directed to be paid vide order dated 19.02.2010 has also not been deposited.  Interim stay stands vacated.
