ORDER

The complaint is allowed and the opposite parties are directed to deliver possession of the hous No.48, LIG 2 Kyathamaranahalli extension, Nazarbad, Mysore city to the complainant within two months. The opposite parties are further directed to pay to the complainant a sum of Rs.3,000/- within two months failing which they shall pay that amount with interest thereon at 15% p.a. from the date of this order till payment. The opposite parties shall further pay to the complainant Rs.500/- being the cost of this proceedings.
