This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today.<br /> This complaint is allowed. The complainant is held entitled to the refund of the advance amount of Rs.5,000/- together with interest at 18% p.a. from the date of deposit i.e., 29.03.1989 till the date of realisation and Rs.700/- towards the compensation for mental and physical agony that he has suffered due to the deficiency of service by the respondent and Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings from the respondent.<br /> The respondents shall refund the advance amount of Rs.5,000/- to the complainant jointly and severally together with interest at 18% p.a. from the date of deposit dt. 29.03.1989 till the date of realisation and Rs.700/- towards the compensation for mental and physical agony that the complainant has suffered due to the deficiency of service by him and Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings within 2 months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order, apart from bearing their own costs of this proceedings.<br /> Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to bothsides parties under certificate of postings.
